Processing and securing personal data
When you make a reservation at Park Wijde Aa, we need to collect certain information from you. We also process data in other cases, such as for information requests, for the administration concerning contests, for example, and for visits to our website(s). We also use third parties who receive certain personal data and process them on behalf of Park Wijde Aa. This occurs, for example, for sending brochures and mailings or processing our guest survey. Full name and gender
In order to be able to address you personally in the park, but also in our further communication, we like to use your personal information. These are of course also necessary to be able to register your booking and to include the data in the night register.

Address, place of residence, and country
We will send you most booking details by email, but we will also send some information to your (home) address.

Phone number
We may have to contact you about your booking. We will call or email if there are any questions. Sometimes we make a call before arrival or afterwards to ask if everything is clear and if everything has been satisfactory.

Birth dates
The person who books an accommodation at Park Wijde Aa must be at least 18 years old. That's why we need your birth date.

Payment information
In order to pay for your booking, we use a secure payment environment. When you pay with iDeal or bank transfer, your data will be stored in our administration in order to link the payment to your booking. Furthermore, we only use your bank account number when you receive money back from us. When you pay with a credit card, we send your credit card information directly from our secure environment to our credit card partner. They carry out our credit card payments. We will not see your credit card details. Our partner only tells us whether or not your payment was successful.

IP address
On the Internet, we may look at your IP address. We remember your preferences and can provide appropriate advice.

Email address
You will receive an email about your reservation, invoice, and/or bookings that you have made. You will also receive newsletters by email. If you prefer not to receive newsletters and offers, you can easily unsubscribe via the link in the newsletter.

We use your data for the following

Guest service
You can call, email, and approach us through social media. To ensure that you do not have to tell us things twice, we store data.

Parks and partners
Your data will be passed on to Park Wijde Aa and to organizations that carry out activities that are related to your booking. This also concerns parties that are not part of Park Wijde Aa.

Newsletters
You can receive newsletters and other offers from us. For the contents of this, we can look at your interests and previous bookings and sometimes also at data from other companies. If you visit our website, like us on Facebook, create a booking with us at the park, we remember what you like.
